The sky windows® freeway running rail, which is seamlessly embedded in the ground, enables a stepless transition to the outside, thus ensuring unrestricted accessibility. The complete integration of the outer frame in the ground ensures that the rail is level with the ground, eliminating the risk of tripping. The freeway system is subject to strict testing procedures, is certified and requires no maintenance.
The security of our sky windows® sliding systems is guaranteed by a high-quality multi-point locking system that provides excellent protection against break-ins. These locking systems are certified according to current standards for burglary-resistant components and meet the requirements of resistance class RC 2. Each of our sliding systems is made to measure and can be perfectly tailored to the individual wishes and specific installation criteria of our customers. For even more comprehensive security, we offer optional accessories such as linear drives, monitoring systems with magnetic contacts or security sensors. In addition, a wide range of security accessories is available to reinforce the security measures of our products.
The sky windows® system offers an innovative solution for drainage: a PVC hollow chamber profile attached under the lower aluminum frame profile efficiently diverts water. Alternatively, a concealed drainage system is available that is equipped with a stainless steel cover and is distinguished by its minimalist design. Regardless of your choice of sky windows® system or the combination of different elements, we customize the drainage system according to your specific requirements.
Our range includes the option of individually configuring the systems with a variety of integrated drive and locking solutions, significantly increasing ease of use. Our motorized sliding elements can be conveniently operated by remote control, and can be equipped with infrared sensors or a manual “dead man's” switch. Thanks to a single drive mechanism, several sliding elements, which together can weigh up to 2,400 kg, can be moved almost silently into position at the same time. In addition, the innovative automatic control system, which uses a telescopic rail, also makes it possible to move large-area systems effortlessly.
Protect yourself from pesky insects with the elegantly integrated fly screens from sky windows®. Almost invisibly fitted, these custom-made screens do not interrupt the view outside. The screen color can be perfectly matched to your frame, creating an aesthetically pleasing overall look. When not in use, the grilles can be easily and completely inconspicuously pushed into a wall niche, either sideways or upwards. There are various systems to choose from, such as the roller blind grille, the space-saving pleated grille and the practical sliding door grille.
